Christmas Greetings
47Christmas Greetings
I'd like to wish everyone on hub pages a Happy Christmas &a Happy New Year. 2010 has been a very troublesome year with Global Warming becoming an even more important issue than ever. The talks in Copenhagen are not going to well, to be expcted suppose. We are not out out of the financial mire yet, with the pospect of further economic collapse on the horizon.
Added to the above doom & gloom is the spectre of 2012 and what it might bring. I have tried to do my best to help promote environmental issues on the variou socal networking sites I belong to. This includes trying to spread the word of the "Intention Experiment (see my post on hub pages here). I feel that we as a species, especially in the West, have overlooked the power of prayer. As stated in my article the new findings in quantum physics may provide evidence that our thoughtsare more powerful than we think. Now, more than ever, we need to explore this possibility as much as posiible, to realise it's full potential.
I'd like to end 2009 on a light hearted note, it's always nice to put a smile on peoples faces in these troubled times. I've created a Christmas Greetings video that is certainly bringing much laughter to the friends & clients I've emailed it to.
I hope you enjoy the video, it features a host of characters, including a moaning mop, a cheeky lorry, a busy suacepan, an excited alarm clock, a puffy cat, and a rebellious glove puppet.
The video, as a tribute to the Republic Ireland football team,so shabilly treated by FIFA & Sepp Blatter, the video features Sepp Blatter turning into his alter ego, Arse Man.
I hope that 2010 brings a much less selfish human race, less money spent on military projects, and prosperity to all. Let's not forget seeing sportsmanship in football, but perhaps we better not go to far, best not ask for the impossible!
